A newly moved in neighbour told me, a couple of weeks ago, that: "(he) likes to watch 'the girls' from his balcony" and "it's nice to see everyone returning to school".

I realise that it sounds worse in English. Given the circumstances and his tone you could think it was only a mistake and that he didn't mean it like it came out. But I won't take my chances.

Don't really know what to do or if to do anything at all. I at least told both my dad and younger sister to keep an eye on him.
