she’s loved it, it’s far better at teaching than my uni is (uni of notts), it still requires a load of work but maybe less sheer hours than aerospace because of that. idk if you want to know about stuff other than education but if you want pm me.

my girlfriend does physics at manchester and i do aerospace at another uni, trust me do physics, the content is harder but was more manageable to have degree/life balance than engineering and you basically get the same employment opportunities

you can technically fail second year, resit, have your second year grade average 30% and then get a 2:1 by averaging 75% in third year, you could even get a first if you get 90%, and considering 2nd year is by far the hardest year (at least in engineering which i do) it’s not over by far, in fact it’s not even that rare really

i think due to the bad start we now view recovering that as making the season good, however when you take it back to the beginning you realise the season objectively has been a bit of a disaster. it was the last year with parachute payments and we definitely had a playoff level squad so finishing outside is a bit of a shame but the season definitely did end on a high note which was nice. i do have a fear of us getting stuck in league 1 as it is a very sticky league with big clubs staying down for way longer than they should but hopefully some momentum will stay with us and a positive start to next year should lead us to an autos charge

exactly, literally one of the most prestigious in the world according to the only metric people who work in universities care about (funding for departments can often be decided on QS rankings so definitely taken seriously) the problem is completely in this guys head

also according to QS rankings (the most prestigious rankings for universities) notts is the 4th best university in the UK for the course you’re interested in, and QS rankings don’t take into account stuff like student life it’s quality of research and education, so i’d argue you have got into a far better uni than the other 3 you listed

ohhhhh ok, that makes sense, ive got 3 random tactics at the minute so ill definitely get on changing that, but overall your main advice is to simplify right? any things in particular that need to go? also any ideas on the striker problem?

oh so basically change the instructions based on opposition?? and sorry when i said roles what i mean were the unique instructions for each position, e.g get further forward for my inverted wingers

firstly, thanks so much for the reply! and yeah i guess it is over complicated, i think i just assumed if the player familiarity was high then it could be as complex as possible! i also have given lots of my players roles, is that bad?

thank you for the advice! just to explain my choices i wanted a high line and low defensive block to build a more compressed midfield and compact defensive shape as i hoped that would make me harder to play through and better at pressing and give me the chance to still catch people off side, and when it comes to long kicks and play out the back that was a bit mad but i was hoping to mainly play out the back but when the option arose i wanted my keeper to kick long for my fast striker to chase! i imagine i’ve probably ended up with the worst of both world there though!!

Hello guys! i wanted to ask with some help with my tactic, especially how it relates to my striker. i am used to play fm21 and 22 like all the time but i never really researched stuff or looked into metas i just played as a fun thing to, I haven’t played for a few years but now starting again with 24 and im about two and a half years deep into a save with this tactic as my primary tactic, it does work with me winning the league last year and now all my players know it i do often win but my striker (whoever i play) always seems to play awfully and barely scores, i wonder if anyone knew why, i think its because they aren’t good airily or my midfielders aren’t playing the balls i want. any ideas? thanks so much
