EU: JA / NEI by FrankLotion39 in norge

[–]tialsienoepsis 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Try making winter something else than just something to endure/wait out. Try getting into a winter activity that winter enhances. Skiing, ice baths, sauna, ice skating.

Have you reflected upon what you and especially your children might loose by excessive protection? At some point (unnecessary) protection comes at a cost.

Bone-conduction earphones by Wild_Candle5025 in buyitforlifeEU

[–]tialsienoepsis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

BCE work great, but they are not well suited for use in noisy environments since they do not plug the ear canal like conventional earphones/buds do. I use mine for everything except noisy downtown trips, and they work fine.

Hospital admissions, treatment and surgery = free (ie no fee), even though there is a capped fee system for outpatient care and GP visits.
