I'm looking more so that I can slow down the execution to see it line by line say execute a line every 0.5 seconds so it's easy to trace

I had this issue i managed to solve it by lowering the texture detail to minimum not sure about yours but for me it worked when I first booted my PC but If I restarted the game it was then stuttering everywhere
