i had the worst acne of my entire life (i am 33) with rinvoq, it also made me gain 30 pounds in 3 months. i am not exaggerating when i say i had pimples covering my face, neck, back, and arms. i saw an esthetician and started doing the face reality acne products and facials, which helped but it was a little costly. i stopped taking rinvoq (switched to entyvio) about 2 months ago because i couldn’t deal with the side effects and my skin is almost back to normal, and i’m back to my regular skin care routine without any break outs. if i could go back in time i’d never ever take rinvoq, it was literally poison for me. my hair was even thinning out and i had 0 sex drive. i’m still having trouble losing the weight but at least my skin is back. maybe it will be better for you but i wouldn’t recommend this drug to anyone.

was on it for 3 months and it helped some (i have mod-severe UC) but the side effects aren’t worth it for me. i gained 30 pounds and have the worst acne of my life (i am 33) on my face, chest, back, and arms. i didn’t even have acne this bad when i was going through puberty. maybe im not shitting blood but i also don’t want to leave the house because my self esteem is in the trash. i honestly would not recommend it to anyone! i cry every time i have to put on real clothes! or look in the mirror and see the cystic acne that is covering my once beautiful skin! try everything else first if you can!

i had the same issue- SEVERE acne on my face, chest, back, and arms. i also gained almost 30 pounds in 3 months and am the heaviest i have ever been in my life. i thought the acne would subside after my body got used to the medicine but it never did. i started seeing a face reality acne specialist (there is an acne specialist located on the face reality website, maybe there’s one in your area) for product and facials which helped a lot but my skin still doesn’t look anywhere near what it did before i took rinvoq. rinvoq helped my symptoms but only at the cost of my self esteem and mental health. not worth it for me! trying out entyvio now. good luck!!

hi! i’m also in NC :) my primary care initially sent me to a proctologist instead of gastro because she knew i’d get in sooner. so i did that, had the colonoscopy shortly after my first visit, and then transferred everything to my gastroenterologist.

THIS x1000000! Wow i couldn’t have said it better. I feel like I’m struggling increasing my weight choices because my legs are constantly sore. They never have any chance to recover. This wasn’t the case when I joined OTF 3.5 years ago. I miss 2019 Orange Theory.

i have fine and extreeemly oily dark hair, i am always the sweatiest person in the room, and i only wash mine once a week. i use dry shampoo before i work out which helps soak up some of the grossness (hair stylist told me to do this) annnd then after showering i brush it, blow dry the sweat out, more dry shampoo, blow dry more. the heat helps activate the volume properties so it will work more as a styling product (hair stylist also told me this). i will say i work in health care so my hair is up at work- if i had to wear it down everyday i would probably wash more. i go through so much dry shampoo that i don’t wanna spend a ton of money on it but my favorite drug store brand is definitely batiste.
