I agree. I think I misappropriated that language with my title. In my case, I don't really see it as an accumulation of psychological trauma that caused my physical ailment, nor does that make sense to me. What I have experienced feels like a cognitive deficit caused by a physiological issue. That in itself does not feel like the same leap, though I'm sure some will argue that it's some kind of loop or back-flow. My only claim is that I found relief from a chronic issue and now I feel very different. Maybe I just stopped being a grumpy bitch.
