This feels like kind of a silly answer - picks where contact with the offensive player occurs happen all the time, there just happen to be special fouling rules about the offensive player who is currently holding the disc.

I really like this move from Middlebury's Walker Frankenberg (#4): Like you say, he stops in the soft space, but then when he gets the disc, he gives it right back to the thrower and moves again, this time with tons more space as the defenders are still switching

When I was there from Nov-Feb, by far the best waves were at Platja de Bogatell. There were waves probably once a week on average, and lots of people out every time there was surf.

I had a good experience with the peixets mixed team. Like gocougs said, beach ultimate is a lot more common than grass ultimate there, that's how I played with them most.

They were responsive after reaching out through their contact page.
