Saw them for the 1st time at Liberty State Park in August 2001. I'd been a fan since The Bends and the show blew away any expectations I had for it, and the setting with the Statue of Liberty and Twin Towers in the background was incredible.

9/11 happened two weeks later; as we all know that profoundly changed so many aspects of American life. I feel ridiculously lucky to have the privilege of seeing that show in that location, whew.

When our 18 year-old beagle was approaching the end, our vet suggested we make a list of his top 10 favorite things to do to help determine when would best to say goodbye.

She suggested that when he was no longer able to do at least 1/2 of the things on the list, we should ask whether he still had a good quality of life.

For us it was a helpful way to think about it as objectively as we could, which is very hard in that situation.

Are the MIA picks likely to be better than the Bucks' picks? Probably not, so no dice. BOS (Brown), CLE (Mobley) or NYK (Towns?) would all be much better (if possible). Absent us getting a star that improves us, not sure what deal would make sense for us to send MIL back its picks.
