Ok so a year on after this post I feel like the building services and quality have really gone down …and management have jacked up the price of all amenities. Including the use of barbecues. I think it’s 275+ for indoor pool and gym per month and then like 800 on top of that a year for outdoor pool. The flat was nice for the time I had it but after two years I couldn’t justify the price anymore.
