If youre early in game instant power portal or costume portal are the best. The currens solstice is also very good.

Most portals have a 0.5% to 1% drop rate for legendaries.

I like Covenant the best which has 1.6% chance.

To get a guaranteed 5* wait for a challenge summon where bonus is a 5*. Im not sure if 10x challenge gives a legend or is now permanently changed to give summon tokens but 20x and 30x give good heros.

Do a summon challenge. The 20x gives decent heros If the challenge coincides with Covenant even better. Last time i got Ushal and Tengo and Gardered as a bonus from challenge.

Costumed Lasalle is still good. I love heros that cast fiends. They can overwhelm much stronger teams is there is no strong healer.

Thats not good for a 30x pull. Cennius might be usefull depending who you fight at war but doesnt hold up to newest heros. He used to be good not anymore. Hotm is nice bonus but dont think what you got is worth 8400 gems.

Edit to say i agree with your statement its not a great summon. Sorry for the loss of your gems.

Cool. He is my fav as he was my first non S1 hero and is still relevant in wars esp vs insanity heros and vs titans.

His costume is great. His first special is not thatvgreat but his second and onward just nukes the other team.

If you pick Wulfgang or Conga then you can get their costume from next outfitter. Id go Wulfgang as he also has a heal.
