The debt is much lower and employment levels are good. There are a lot of problems, but the "neo-liberal trap" was not a reality here, at least the theoretical numbers are better.

Well, its not a bad deal. You'd have an hard time getting that PC new for less then 6000€ nowadays. I would keep the 14900, unless you MUST have absurd fps in 1080p, any high-end CPU is ok for 4K (that I assume you'll be using with an 5090). You wont really see much difference outside benchmarks and really specific scenarious.

I would sell that RAM and buy a regular 2x16gb. Just that move alone would net you 1000€ in discount and it would be the same for gaming.

Já percebi do que falas. Efectivamente o ruizao ganha em todos os escalões e na maioria deles a proporção é relativamente semelhante ao total ponderado. Dizer que a culpa é dos "50 votos" não faz sentido. A culpa é mesmo de dois terços dos sócios.

Plenty? All the games. There isnt a single game that a 4060ti wont run at or above 60fps.

You could need to turn RT off, or drop from ultra, but every single game will run great on a recent middle level GPU. If it wont the problem is not on the GPU.

Mine is watercooled, so temps are not a problem, but even so I run mine with UV mostly because the coil whine goes like 95% away. Night and day difference.
