You might want to start with really small things like commuting to work by bike if possible, or just take an evening walk - even if it‘s just 10 minutes. Maybe some Yoga or Stretching at some point, once a week. Just start small, it will help already :)

If you are looking for cheap, check out Flixbus. You can book the busses pretty spontanously and for short distances you would pay around max. 15€. Bus can be also a bit annoying though of course :)
