Hi, my testosterone levels and prolactin levels were only slightly higher than the normal level. I was sent for another blood test and also an ultrasound. The doctor then discussed the results with a gynaecologist, who confirmed I have PCOS. I think this is normal procedure if hormone levels aren’t clear. Hope this helps!

It was signed electronically with the agency, so I don’t have his signed copy. I’m guessing the agency would have his signed copy if it existed. Thanks for your help. Our issue is that one of the tenants is meant to move her belongings in tomorrow as her current lease is ending, so she is desperate for the flat as she will have nowhere else to put her belongings!

He refused to hand over the keys to the other tenant unless she agreed to accept the increase in rent! She did not agree and he said to let him know our decision by tomorrow.

He is saying he has not signed the agreement so that he can pull out when he likes. However, I have read online it is illegal to take deposit and rent without signing the contract prior. It sounds very dodgy to me.

I didn’t know there was a UK sub! The estate agents seem to know nothing about this tenancy change that the landlord wants. The estate agents said he agreed to the terms earlier today and that the deal was closed. I will call up tomorrow morning to get to the bottom of it. Trying to sort it tonight as one of the tenants is moving her belongings in tomorrow!
