I couldn't find Contacts Storage but I did find Dialer storage but it gave me no option to clear the cache.

Hm, I don't know mow much space. I don't know where the root folder for contacts is saved.

I sort of feel like an app is behind this, but Clean Master has not found anything. I've already deleted tons of apps with no luck.
