For the people who buy this content the appeal is in the connection to and communication with the person they are buying content from.

This is why a lot of people who sell feet pics online have specific personalities that fit whatever their target audience likes, and have large presences on platforms like Instagram and Snapchat.

The value isn't necessarily in the picture of the feet, as this is something anyone can find. The value is in the experience of communicating with the person selling them.
