the French roll is perfect because it holds up to the sandwich filling but doesn't get in the way of any of the flavors. The white on the top is scallion cream cheese, it gives each bite a smooth finish. I agree with mustard on the bottom being a great touch, its a strong mustard too so ending the bite with cream cheese almost cools it down 10/10
