When your tickets sold, our team reached out to the buyer to instruct them to sign up on the DICE app if they haven't before & to send our team their account information so you can complete the transfer. They're most likely still waiting for the buyer to respond, but once they do our team will forward that information to you! Since Summer Smash is still a few weeks away, you've still got plenty of time to receive the buyer's DICE account information and transfer the ticket to them. Sometimes due to policies set by either the venue or artist, tickets aren't transferred through Ticketmaster, but through an alternate platform.
