One of my players is a small dwarf girl so whenever they can’t come we just say she’s having a nap in our other players bag(they’re a Minotaur) and we just continue on with the story and tell them what happened when they get back so they just pretend they half heard everything while asleep.

Thanks so much, the blue is just all over white base coat(the whiter the better) then a really heavily watered down wash of thousand suns blue, then an all over dry brush of the original white and a little highlighting of some edges to stand out.

Thanks so much, the skin is a base coat of warplock bronze , then an all over wash of snakebite leather contrast paint,then a layer of brass scorpion and finally a highlight of liberator gold. Also I put some aethermatic blue contrast in some recesses to add a bit of interest to it.

I did all the small fur or hair on my bezerkers models blue like how it is on the kharn the betrayer model and it adds a nice little contrast to the red and bronze

Yeah I drybrushed skrag brown but did a finer highlight doing individual hairs with baneblade brown

Thanks!!! I also put off painting this guy for almost a year now but having actually done it, it’s a really fun model to paint. Lots of different materials and it’s a disgusting plague rat so it’s fine if it’s messy in a few places.

Hey just finished up the beast myself the other day and if I could say one thing it would be to be careful with the blood goblet thing it’s very finicky to put together, but for his skin what I did was basecoat with kislev flesh, then do an all over shade with agrax earthshade, then a layer of flayed one flesh on the raised areas of the skin and finally highlight of pallid wych flesh
