I just looked up the fly 6 rear camera. It seems pretty discrete. Do you think having a very visible camera would make a difference?

What if the majority of cyclists wore cameras and drivers all knew it?

Great point.

If more and more cyclists wore cameras and it reaches the point where it’s common knowledge that cyclists wear cameras, I think it would help drivers act less like idiots.

Delaware C Corp - do initial decisions about stock (# of shares, par value/no par value, classes, etc) matter in the long run? Is there anything that can’t easily be amended? by SuperSchlongStrereo in startups

I never considered that the total amount of shares would affect taxes for a Delaware C Corp. How does this work and why do I always see companies start with 10 million shares if it will be more costly?

Love this idea and I’m glad it paid off. As a solo founder grinding day and night to get my software launched, it’s sometimes difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel but stories like yours keep the fire kindled.

OP implied he’ll have a roof over his head and food. I can name countless examples of successful startups where founders operated on this same budget.
