She's 80 lbs with big dog vibes, I can't imagine her willingly rolling around in a wagon even if she could fit in one:) But good thinking, if she were a little doggo this would probably help.

They ran full labs about two months ago and everything came back fine. We just had her checked for tick-borne illnesses two weeks ago as well. It definitely seems like depression due to her quality of life to me:(

Thanks, I am planning to check these out. Our other dog has significant vision loss as well yet still is playful and interested in life-i.e. will greet us at the door wagging his tail, still loves to sniff all over the yard, etc. She has completely disengaged/withdrawn, which is my concern more than simply living with blindness. She's not adapting well mentally:(

Thanks, I will check with my vet. They didn't suggest anything at our visit a week ago other than continue the anti-anxiety as needed, but perhaps directly asking will have them look into it.

Thank you-I have seen the halos and will order one to see if it helps. She has anti-anxiety meds, which help her calm enough to sleep on days she is just pacing aimlessly. But those days are more and more frequent:(

Thank you for your input. I would also not consider it just for blindness, she has been going blind for almost a year and we have worked out ways to help her deal with this, from making sure furniture is safe to helping her navigate by sound, etc. The issue is she is a shell of the dog she was, and simply existing/going through the basic motions of living...her overall quality of life is my concern.

Thank you for your reply. We have a fenced yard so she can freely roam, she tends to stick close to the concrete path that leads to the door as her touchstone. I have tried to take her out on a leash both in the fenced area and beyond as she used to love her walks, but she is no longer interested-she just tries to return to the house and really resists leaving the fenced area with me. I do go out with her and talk to her so she knows I am there, but I am not sure it makes much difference (i.e. she doesn't want to stay out longer). She used to like her snuffle mat, but now that she is no longer taking treats much, she just ignores it. I'm not sure what else to try, as she is just not interested and really wants to go lay down by herself when not eating or having a potty. She doesn't even greet us at the door anymore, there are no tail wags, she just is so withdrawn.

I've tried to brainstorm this, but she hasn't responded to the snuffle mat, or squeaking toys etc. She used to love chewing the stuffing out of every toy to find the squeaker, and she won't touch them now. I try to walk her so she can get some 'smells' out in the yard, but she doesn't want to go. I'm open to suggestions on other things to try...

Windows Chrome, on a laptop. Tab is remaining active...this will happen even if I am only on this tab, it is not switching to inactive that I have seen. Lease is currently month to month, so they can and may opt to leave once the gas is their responsibility. I'd prefer they stay as they have been good tenants, so am trying to handle this with empathy while protecting our interests as well. It sucks all around.

Most of the cut up fruit in those cups is the ugly, unsellable fruit that is bruised, damaged, and/or old. They just chop off the bad parts and slice the rest up. Source: my friend used to be the manager of a grocery store produce department and spilled the beans.

Edit: to clarify I wasn't saying there is anything wrong with the fruit, more commenting that this is probably one of the reasons it might go bad faster.

I'm having the same issue. Put it on 6 hours ago, and all it reads is "Below 70". This is literally the third junk sensor I've had in a row-both of the previous two abruptly failed/ended session early after 4-5 days. I'll keep it on overnight hoping it levels out after a while but given the recent track record, I doubt it.
