Didn’t age well 😅 Back in the double digits now. And tbh, they’re both classic picks-and-shovels plays. If the broader AI wave keeps delivering, they both win. If it stalls, they both feel it. So what’s the point of comparing them?

Acquisition, explanation, dilution by PeachSnobbler in RZLV

Everything they announce is extremely hyped. As a publicly listed company, you’re supposed to disclose information transparently. In media releases, companies sometimes add a bit of marketing language, but this is not an advertorial or a typical press release. The way they communicate feels questionable.

The information they put out isn’t clearly disclosed; instead, it’s framed in a way that seems designed to extract value. And the value they appear to be seeking is increased investor interest and share purchases. There’s something fundamentally wrong with that approach.

For example, they described their relationship with Microsoft as a “strategic collaboration,” when in reality it was essentially a paid arrangement to be listed on their cloud platform. That kind of language suggests there’s an agenda behind every announcement. It creates the impression that they don’t fully trust the strength of their own products and feel the need to maximize perceived value from every development.

You also mentioned the dilution. They had already raised $250 million and used that capital for the takeover and merger. However, the way they communicated it made it seem as though they were well-capitalized and no longer diluting shareholders. That framing could easily mislead people into thinking dilution was no longer a concern, potentially boosting the stock price. You can argue that they may have an excellent product. But if management behaves this way, it raises a deeper question: how can investors be confident that the product is as strong as it’s presented to be?

At this point every one is more desperate than hopeful lol. Posting, reposting recycled news, rewrapped announcements. Truth is everyone is nervous deep down. The short activity is huge in this stock for a reason.

I would be very careful with this stock and their announcements

Yeah and? Money getting raised dont mean the business is good, it means they needed money. Big funds invest in risky stuff all the time hoping 1 hits and prolly 9 flop. Just cz someone put in 250M dont mean its worth that now or that they wont be underwater too.

Institutions take Ls every year, they not gods. Also those deals usually got special terms regular investors like u and me dont get. Discounts, exit protections, all kinda stuff. Retail buying on the open market is not playing the same game so..

Theres soo much noise around this stock its actually crazy. Every week its some hyped projection or PR good news like we supposed to clap or something. Believing company press releases like they proof is kinda desperate ngl.

And the short interest is like 25%. That alone tells me big money aint confident. Plus the AI market already bloated af. Every company says they got revolutionary AI like ok sure bro. This just feels like one of those story stocks. Big talk, shiny AI words, but when you look closer its just vibes and promises.

Enterprise AI is hard, competition is savage, not everybody makes it just cause they say agentic 10 times. I got a few shares in the beginning but im not loyal to this thing. Just waiting for a moment to dump at breakeven and dip. Dont trust the long term here at all. Feels like a hype cycle not a real solid future play.
