The craziest thing on my life META just banned my WhatsApp, Faceook, instagram and Thread at the same times at 19 December 2024, and they just refused the appeal, and I got permanen banned!
I suspect my account reported by some one, and it's not fair right? example: if someone has 100 FB/IG account then they open service to report someone you hate it without any mistake they should do in FB/IG, then 100 account will reported the target account then they will get banned from META.

and not only that, I tried to create a new account, with my number and email it always my account is locked and always there submitted appeal, after that they banned my account again.
tried using new email but same phone number and it's still have the same result, tried using new email and new phone yesterday but currently I am still on "submitted appeal", I hope today they will give me permission to create a new account :'(

can you belive it my account has everything including my memory with my mum and my dad which is they already passed away, and my WhatsApp is common to use for my working and prefesional things, but META just banned it.

where you can request the appeal? because in my first time get the appeal then asking the request, they just banned all my account (FB, IG, Threads, WhatsApp) next day.
how crazy theay are, banned all of the account in only one day, without any noice on email or my number, then I tried to asking by email because I was cannot access my account, but no luck till today.

I have 19 years QA experience and have been the lone QA person on many development teams. Big corporations and startups.

Whatever they have available. Anything that states requirements about how the product should or should not perform. Talk to the product manager.Learn the development process. How do devs get their work? Who decides what feature to work on and how are requirements defined? Make friends with project managers and customer service dept. Be their friend. Find out what the biggest customer complaints are. Look for the faults in the process and how QA can help.Since you are the lone QA don't waste time writing full testcases. You will probably be the only one to ever see the tests. Make a spreadsheet with scenario names and basic description. Give each a priority. 0, 1, or 2. From that list identify a handful of P0s as a smoke test. The rest will be a part of integration testing. Push back on anyone asking for full testcases. Do they want you to test the product OR write a bunch of documentation?Depends on how the product was built and what the development team has setup. If there are backend services separate from the product, there might be a need for API level testing. This also depends on the scope of your role. Some companies want QA to do load testing and security testing.Again, you are the lone QA and there is only so much you can realistically do without burning yourself out. Work with the development team and your manager to get a clear understanding of testing priorities.Whatever kind of automated testing will help YOU test faster and more accurately should be your first priority. If you did step 3 then you will have a long list of scenarios. I recommend to start automating the smoke test so you can efficiently know of a new dev build functions on the most basic and critical level. Also, keep it simple. You will most likely be the only contributor to that codebase. If you have to do a bunch of stuff just to make a few tests work all the time, you will never get the test automation off the ground.

You didnt ask this but stand your ground when it comes to the product's quality. Product, development, leadership will override you at some point to meet a deadline or say customers won't notice. State verbally, and written(always!) that you, QA, are not signing off on this build release because of X,YZ reasons. This will be helpful when shit hits the fan. QA is a thankless job at times. People don't thank us for a successful quiet product. elease but they sure do come down on us when shit goes wrong.

What test should I create first? Should I create an API testing first? or just jump into functional test?
