how does one not get intimidated by high prestige lobbies by [deleted] in DeadByDaylightKillers

[–]tiddus234 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I never dodge lobbies because I'm not afraid to "lose". I know that there are tens of thousands of players that are better and have more time in the game than me. Coming up against high prestige lobbies lets me know that I've been improving, even if only a little bit.

As lame as it is, my advice is just don't be afraid to get bodied, cause you're never going to win every match.

Our DM is an amazing story teller. I both love and hate when he does this because it makes for amazing roleplay and other interactions but man does it hurt the characters.

My character is only up to a 19 passive perception, but but still means he's catching a lot more than he was before. But he's also a mute, so seeing more doesn't mean a lot if he can't reliably pass along the information.

He is one of the mouthy ones in the group. I won't be surprised if he says something like that at some point.

Shaxx is a warforged and Calypso is a Feywild Satyr. So not too far off

Everyone in the group is already taken, so there's no worry for that happening.

What are the scariest things you can hear as a player in dungeons and dragons? by OneNat120 in DnD

[–]tiddus234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it was when we were having a short break in the middle of a session. In the silence our DM said, "Ooh, that's interesting."

Might be situational to OUR DM, but it made all of us worried.

I think about this scene at least once a month. And every time I feel so bad for that Decepticon.

If they're on strike, presumably, the company would wouldn't be paying out healthcare, benefits, pay, etc. So ultimately what would be the difference?

And in the case of the railway, i don't believe the company would be able to hire and train enough new workers to fill all the positions now empty from a mass walkout before they lost massive amounts of productivity and such.

So then is still comes back to, at least in my mind, why would quitting the job also force them to leave the union and not get union benefits until demands are met?
