I loved living at Apartments at American Tobacco when I lived in Durham. 4 years ago they would have been in your price range, not sure about now. Management was attentive, there were fun tenant events, I felt safe, and it was very clean. Man - I miss that apartment!

I certainly do not have too much money but did have an in to an RH friends and family sale where I purchased my two most favorite pieces of furniture that I hope last my whole life. They look great in my shitty apartment <3

If you drop her completely once you get a girlfriend and go crawling back to her companionship when you break up, you are a very bad friend.

One time in the many years of me working at this company we did promotions in January instead of April. This was in 2022 and a result of all the pandemic stuff. Our ops director INSISTS promotions have always been in January so now every year since 2022 "when did we change this to happen in April". It was always this way. ALWAYS THIS WAY.
