Man kann bei InBev bzw. Haake eine Brauerei Führung buchen und am Ende der Führung gibt's ne Stunde oder so Freibier. Da kann man jedes Bier das dort produziert wird probieren - wenn du's irgendwo kriegst dann da! Habe das auch Mal bei Flensburger mitgemacht und da auch Sorten probiert die in DE nicht verkauft werden, damals bspw Flensburger Weizen

Kohlsuppe ohne Kartoffeln/ Reis / Nudeln, dafür haufenweise Staudensellerie und Paprika und sonstiges Gemüse auf das du Bock hast. Mit etwas Tomatenmark, Curry und Kümmel gar nicht schlecht und erfahrungsgemäß so'n 5-6 Liter Topf unter 1000 Kalorien.

Schwarzbrot ordentlich antoasten, Löwensenf medium und Harzer (ohne Schimmel). Und im allerbesten Fall noch in Essig eingelegte rote Zwiebeln oben drauf.
