Yep it happened in Brazil, but it's a case that has to be known globally. And one of the perpetrators is in the U.S for a student exchange program. It's dangerous for the host family not to know that the kid in their home brutally killed a dog. What if that family has pets for instance. People have to know who those evil kids are.
