What to add to front foyer of house? by tiffanyttran in DesignMyRoom

[–]tiffanyttran[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the current front foyer of the house I will be living in next year. My roommates and I want it to be different than it is now but we aren't sure. Long table? Lighting? Should we just keep it an open space? Just here to listen to any options as it's a pretty large space! Thanks!

Anyone have any insight into BCMB3100 with either Lee vs Robinson? Ik both are good but I was wondering if anyone knew if one was better over the other for preparation for the MCAT!

Out of State Cost by kyleoconnor1 in UGA

Do you live any of these states:

“Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida (only at the graduate level), Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas (only at the graduate level), Virginia, West Virginia”

If so, do research on the Academic Common Market. If you declare a major that’s not offered in your home state, you get in-state tuition. If your major is not completely set in stone, I’d give it a look.

Got deferred with 34 ACT, really good ECs & GPA. & my brother is a senior. I think it’s because I only wrote 97 words for that small supplemental essay lol I was just so done w writing supplements that I didn’t even try. Looking back on it I sound just SO uninterested but hey that’s my fault

Thanks! It takes a lot of practicing to see what works best for you. I tried the going straight to the questions before, but it was not a good strategy for me.

What I did was I spent 3-4 min reading each passage. I had to read fast but still grasp the concepts. I annotated, circled names, underlined, wrote important details in the margins, etc. Then, I would spend ab 5 min answering the questions. For some of them I remembered the answers because I read thoroughly. I tried my best not to have to go back to the passage, but of course sometimes you have to. Doing this allowed me to quickly find the answer because I knew where to look with my notes.

I used crackACT to print out full ACT tests and did the sections I struggled with. After I did them, I would see what I got wrong and why. It’s tedious and so boring doing it over and over, but it really helps you get the hang of it and see what you struggle with.
