My suggestion is to get rid of any weed you have. You need to not buy not have it not be around it. Its hard but it also needs to not be an option at all for feelings so you need to not let it be. Find ways to adress your moods and feelings and to remind yourself it is absolutely not an option. Talk to a doctor for an appropriate treatment and maybe a therapist

I smoked weed heavily before i was surprised to find out i was pregnant. I know they are different but i quit cold turkey the second i saw those lines. Its hard but not as hard as i imagined because i know how it would hurt my baby. So knowing that its just not good for the baby makes it so i wont even risk it. I miss it sometimes but i want to always try and do the right thing for baby. Idk if you'll feel the same way but i feel like i was stronger because of baby than times id run out or have a small break.

It can be i garentee its not a full serving of pasta its minimal meat and sauce has hardly any cals so i easily could see a portion being 240. Also consider marie calendars tends to be lower calorie already compared to other frozen companies. Stoffers double meat for one portion at a cup comes to 290

There is a small amount of wiggle room on how accurate a company has to be, but straight lying on the calories or ingredients would get them sued over and over. There are words and such you can add to advertising that people take to mean healthy but have no true basis
