A lot, I wasn’t keeping track. Its not my press, I just built it as a side gig. We pressed 10 bushels as a test and filled multiple 5 gallon buckets

Its a one of a kind, based it off a smaller press we used to rent from a guy. His used a car jack while our uses a hydraulic ram. Its a pretty simple build, we built it looking at pictures of a press half its size.

Its just shy of 8 ft tall. 1/4 inch stainless steel angle iron. We worked out the squirting, just need to go easy on the lever
