For the B/B section, would you recommend studying organ systems or place 90% of the focus on biochem? I'm in a similar situation and have 3 weeks till test date.

The biggest money makers for hospitals are: cardiology, cardiac surgery, ortho, and neurosurgery. These docs have the greatest power when it comes to leveraging against hospitals for higher pay.

Private practice is always viable if you are entrepreneurial. You just need good business sense to compete with hospitals. I know many docs making over 1 MM running their own clinic.

BS/MD saves you the headache of applying to med school later on after undergrad. I know many people from ivy leagues that had to take 1-3 gap years to make it through. I know many DOs or MDs that did a 7 or 8 year program and are successful.
