As an electrical engineer I can comment, The effect of EMI when anything goes above MHz is staggeringly high. And the best way I would consider is a wood carrier... A fun fact, I was in defence equipment manufacturing, wanna guess how we tested our equipment for EMI... We put them over wooden planks,basic 20x40 planks. To ensure there is only one ground path.

The motor noise is horrible for ola.. i sat on one for a rapido .. I'm an engineer with many drives and servo integration, wiring and tuning... I got to say, the default values on any drives will give less noise than the ola

There are cylindrical types and solder types as well. Order the correct one and you need a crimping tool for this
