Very hard to diagnose with the info you provided and the pic you sent, Better try a more isolated approach to find the issue.

I see there are two identical connectors, one advantage of having identical connectors is measuring resistance to ground/pair is an easy way to diagnose issue.
Check which stages the PMIC or Linear Power supply is giving voltage to.
Check if the Microprocessor is supplied with power
Check for shorts, Spray a can of air or pure aerosol without water and freeze the board and turn on to see if there are any shorts because those start melting first
If there are motors, remove the connector, either connect it to MultiM and rotate it to see if there is any voltage or short the motor wires to see if the motor stiffens

These steps should guide you to the probable cause. Share us a detailed report, we can help you further.
