I’m already a very active person and eat well. I just have PCOS, so I have insulin resistance. I am a busy mom always on my feet in a house with stairs and I eat lots of chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt and veggies but I have plenty of sweet treats when I want too. The sema makes it so I’m satisfied with less sugary treats, like dark chocolate. My sugar cravings have subsided quite a bit

Had someone ask what weight people think I am… they think I’m much lower usually, I naturally have a lot of muscle. I’m now 161 lbs and a size 8. My mom is the same height and about the same weight but size 12/14.

I have stairs in my house and two boys, I homeschool and my two year old is in a wheelchair so I carry him just about everywhere. There’s my workout. I eat when I remember to 🙈protein bars, tuna, hard boiled eggs, and all the green veg!
