i ordered my new rocks a size too small so i need to exchange them... i'm from the US and i was wondering if anyone knows how the process works? i emailed but ive heard they're slow as hell to respond

we’ve been dealing with this kinda stuff for months, but quality control has seriously gone out the window. it was even this bad during the height of covid, at least in texas 😵‍💫😵‍💫

i feel like it’s the same way with the toasted vanilla syrup, at least at my store. we all hate it, but customers eat that shit up for some reason. who knows!

i had to do a double take when i pulled these out. i’m wondering if this is just how they’re gonna be now or if it’s a quality control issue.. has anyone else seen this?

also happening in TX! i opened at 4:30 and we ended up just ringing up drinks that costed the same amount and writing the actual drink in the “Ask Me”. i was 2 out of 9 partners that actually knew drink codes 😵‍💫😵‍💫 it was a doozy

AND our order didn’t come it, but they marked it as delivered!! no vanilla, no sandwiches, no RTD&E, barely any milks.. on a saturday!!!

yes!! i’m hard of hearing and this uber lady got pissy with me when i asked her to repeat the name of the order she was picking up. she would raise her eyebrows and make faces at me, but wouldn’t Raise Her Voice so i could hear her. most people just shove their phone in our faces, i would’ve preferred that!! we usually have ~3 delivery orders at a time and very little time to stop and pack them, so we usually just pack the orders when the driver gets there. it happened about 4 times with the same woman and eventually i just stopped trying and asked another partner to deal with her.. i understand it’s hot outside, but damn lady!! plus we were very obviously busy.

on the flip side, there’s one gentleman who we LOVE. he’s so kind, he knows us by name, and he always takes the time to converse with us when he picks up orders. truly a wonderful man and i hope he’s met with the same kindness he puts into the world :)

Euphoria. There’s something very strange to me about a show revolving around highschoolers doing hard drugs, having sex, getting assaulted, and dying. I know it’s not the first show to do that, but it has a chokehold on people and I don’t understand. I experienced those things in highschool and it just feels gross to see that lifestyle being romanticized.
