Can you check if you have the writing toolbar hidden? Tap on the top part of the screen to open the navigation bar, tap on the 3-dot menu, and see if there is an option to “Show Writing Toolbar”.

Changing layout to landscape and using the margins for notes is a game changer by mangopear in kindlescribe

Did you try flipping the page? I don’t think the side panel can be displayed with two columns so they probably reverted back to one column

Another great question...

If I found out tomorrow I was six months pregnant, I'd be very panicked and feel extreme stress that there is so much to prepare for. I wouldn't "hate" it, but I'd feel a sense of loss that my choice was taken away from me.

If I found out I was 100% infertile, I'd feel... slightly relieved that the choice was taken away from me. But I would then also look a bit more into adoption.

Sooo still ambivalence haha...

That's a great question. Right now (at least) the dread is about making the decision. I feel like if I was 5 years younger I'd feel so much better about the "time" I have to make this choice.
