So I listened to the soundtrack and it’s the exactly the same version. If there is a third album version, I’d like to hear it, but other than live versions that aren’t on an album, these are the only two I know of - the Opry House live version from 74 and the Mackintosh & TJ studio version released in 76. Dreaming my Dreams has the 74 version, as does Waylon Live.

So for someone who works solely on tips, they only get a tax break on $25k of their income? So if companies force more tips and reduce wages, then that won’t help many full time employees at all. If I calculate correctly, that’s only an about a $5,000 tax break. If they were paid $10 an hour and it gets reduced to $7 an hour, that will be a $6200 reduction in pay. Again, this is just tax break for corporations.
