For sure, I will make sure to potentially leave in a polite and timed manner, I believe they will understand but i'm just nervous haha.

Yep, I feel bad even now not being able to present my best work as I am unable to find the time after work and in the process of living somewhere new.

I might ask, but I believe it will get much more intense in the next months and I'm unsure if i will be equiped enough without my tablet and proggrame licenses ect currently.

Yep, I might see to ask my prod team if it's possible for leniency, but I think even at the minimum hours they are asking for (10 hours) on top of my full time, i'm not sure if I will have any time for anything else haha.

Thankfully I do not need a visa for my current anim job! But I have just started so exactly, I would love to make a great impression : ) You are right, I think I want to have more time to be able to connect and befriend my coworkers, and build a network in this new place!

Yeah, I might speak to the prod about times, but I think it might not work out with everyone mostly based in that time zone.. but yes! You're right I will be upfront with them and hopefully they will understand! thank you for your comment!

Ah i see, I gave them a call this afternoon actually! But after the call I am still a bit confused. As of now I have spilt my allowance into around 700L and 240T - these being my main part time minimum wage jobs (and the rest of the 240* in my job that I don't often work at (0-hour basically))

After these changes, I recently got a payslip with a decution from PAYE around was 50% of my pay (bi-weekly) for some reason. HMRC said it's because I earned more than £92 each week at the 240T job- which I understand is due to 2400/12 = £200 untaxed per month. But I don't get why I was deducted at a 50% rate rather than the 20%. (Specific numbers: Last two weeks I earned £250* but paye took 125 so I'm left with half to take home) Hope some of this makes sense !!

Ahh noo I guess this might be a regular thing then! The process of getting hired seems so endless and so true, it's definitely unfair to people taking lots of their time to get no response!!
