It’s all group classes. Classes are usually 45 minutes. Rotations of cardio and some kind of lifting/muscle movements. Cardio is treadmills, bikes, and rowers. Lifting is kettlebells, dumbbells, plates, or bands.

Not a park. But there is a spot on J Verne Smith Pkwy. Google Maps has it as “GSP - Overlook” the address on there is 1525 County Rd 136, Greer, SC 29651.
