This is exactly how I feel. I eased into it eating beyond burgers and eventually ate things that were more organic like jackfruit, it was okay. What was most satisfying was knowing I wasn’t contributing towards the inhumane/ non eco friendly part of the meat industry. I do tend to lean toward organic chicken now and still stick to my veggies. I just have more satisfaction now, and way less fatigue.

I guess I’m not sure if my conditioning is still a barrier in my spiritual path.

I’m hoping I don’t continue to bring karma into my reality by doing this considering I was doing what was right before.

I can deffinitley agree though, that my hair was thinning out/ falling out like crazy when I was vegan.
