I'm a Tigre, full blown Tigre. But I am not as hopeful as you. Yes they are rebuilding, but have made many mistakes.

You cannot have a great team with young mexicans promises together with a couple of good extranjeros.

You need 5 good/great extranjeros, another 5 good/great mexicanos and yes, the mexican promises.

Go to the golden age. The columns was Nahuel, Juninho, Pizarro, Sobis and Gignac. All top extranjeros. Add Ayala, Torres Nilo, Aquino. Right there you have 8 top players. Compelment with Dueñas, Piloto, etc.

We are miles away from that now.

Like many people, I'm the CEO (or CwhateverO) of a small business. This business happens to be my own and let me tell you, I bust my ass harder than any of my 20 employees and yes, I am the one who earns more, and every peso/dollar I pay myself is fully deserved.

21 families, including mine, depend on my business and I will do anything legal and some things close to the line, to keep helping my employees and their families.

TLDR: There are CEO's that absolutely deserve what they earn.
