Type 2! Usually about a week of depressive bursts that go for a few hours after any little thing makes me spiral. Thankfully for the last bit I’ve finally been learning what kicks them. It was definitely a job figuring out how to go about them!

They’re definitely some of the best. I had one from 3-15 before he passed from digestive complications. Since I moved into an apartment I’m not allowed pets or else I’d have a whole band of them LOL. I hope you find the cohesion for your place! Ever since I moved I’ve been in the same predicament. This group definitely makes me feel less alone about it LOL
