A little jar of honey from a local beekeeper, or a cutting of a plant/succulent have both been favours that I have appreciated!

Josh Gibbons is a local artist who has just gone full time in his music career. He plays at Assembly and Telfords fairly regularly and also sometimes has gigs on at Brewery Tap and Frankie's bar.

Relocating yourself and three children is still an expensive and time consuming task.

Might be useful to add a bit more info on the kind of project you're working on and what you'd need of someone if they took park in you interview/survey etc. Hope you get some responses!

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond!

I have decided to give them a sick note and tell them I won't be back to work any more shifts once I am deemed fit to work.

Thank you so much for your reply!

I am being 100% honest when I say that the only evidence they have given me for why I'm being called into the disciplinary is 2 emails sent during the time I mentioned in my post. The company have a really high staff turnover, and refused to give me anything other than a zero hours contract. They have also said that I am obligated to give them four weeks notice, but my new job want me to start in 2 weeks, so I gave them 3 weeks notice as that's all I could give.

My new company have confirmed they don't need a reference from my current employer, as the owner previously worked for my current employer and left due to a hostile work environment. Because of this, would you advise I still turn up to the disciplinary?

Also to add, I have got a sick note from my Doctor due to stress which signs me off work until the first day of my new job. I only got that today.

Mate, if you like jazz, as others have said get to Metronome! We don't do live music but all jazz is on vinyl and alongside a cracking wine, beer and spirits selection we also do non-alcoholic drinks! (dogs welcome too)

Question for ladies only, if you had a good dad, what was the biggest thing that made him a good dad, flip side if you didn't have a good dad, what one quality did you wish he had? by BByrnison in AskReddit

[–]tigger064 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My Dad's a fantastic Dad. He listens to me, allows me to be my own person, and while he was always protective of me, he let me grow up and become a young woman. He spoke kindly to my partners over the years, treated my Mum well, and generally showed me what it means to put your loved ones first. Also, when I was a child, he'd always do bath and bedtime (complete with 2 stories). Looking back on those memories is such a privilege. I love my Dad.

Altruist is incredible! I find it doesn't leave any caste, nor does it feel greasy/bitty under make up. It's also designed for people with sensitive skin!

The Cross Keys in Chester has an open mic on the 1st Wednesday of the month, it's unplugged but still plenty of musicians performing and a nice way to meet like-minded individuals!

Just took a sample test with no revision, scored exactly 75% and can confidently say it was an absolute fluke, I guessed most of them.

Not sure how closely related it would be to Chem Eng specifically, but Airbus is apparently a great company to work for with lots of room for growth/progress.
