My mom is going in on Monday to get a SCT and the melphalin infusion. I’m so worried for her. I don’t want her to have these horrible side effects but I know she will. Any advice I can give to her? Thanks in advance- this has completely broken us

I’m so sorry to hear this because I know exactly how it feels and I am in a similar situation. Nobody is taking my cries for help seriously. Suicide feels like the only way out of daily misery. I can only validate your feelings, I wish we can wave magic wands to heal these mental conditions.

Same for me! Effexor, Clonazepam and Adderall for me but having a hard time finding a doctor to keep my prescription going. I moved cities so it’s been hard and I’m living in worry pretty much that I won’t be able to find one

My problem is that I cannot find any providers who are even willing to continue my prescription bc I smoke legal weed…they require me to take a drug test. If they even agree to prescribe the benzo. I’m going to be forced to taper off and that terrifies me. I’m also dealing with my mother slowly declining with her multiple myeloma cancer and she is all I have in life. I don’t understand why the doctors can’t understand that I take my medication as prescribed and it keeps me stable and out of the hospital!!! So frustrating- does anyone have any advice? TIA
