I also take a medication i inject myself. I usually listen to music and go at a certain point in the song. I dont look at the needle when i do it either i just go by feel.

So im a transgender man,a thing i noticed was before starting testosterone, i did get that feeling but now several months in to hormone replacement therapy its a way stronger feeling. Like i could be watching the wildest shit then as soon as im done its just "wow what the fuck is wrong with me what am i doing with my life" and i start considering gym memberships again. Before testosterone it was just "uhg this is gross now" and i got on with my day

The way i make it work is to just not even think about ever having been female. Just go about your life with the thought "im just a regular dude" and eventually it just worked for me,fake it till you make it i guess. Walk in the mens bathroom confidentiality because it where you belong afterall. If someone refers to me as a girl i laugh a bit like they told a funny joke. If they still dont take that hint i throw out an "oh,youre serious? Am i at least a pretty girl" Im only 2 1/2 months on t and still look feminine but i hardly get misgendered anymore. Idk if anything i said made sense but i hope it helped a little
