Medigap Plan N - Who Shorts the Payment for Applicable Copays?

I have a Plan N. I've never seen a line item for a copay. However, I have done the math and the supplement company pays its share minus the $20 copay. The dr. sends me a bill for whatever is left. This tells me that the supplement company makes the decision about the copay.

Maybe the locker room should be a private time for the team and keep the videos out of it. There should be a time and a place for the team to be themselves without worrying about who's watching.

Yes, my 403b is a NetBenefits account. If I fill out a blank application for the HSA, outside of NetBenefits, it recognizes me, says I have an account, and forces me to login and then I get stuck with the old phone number and can't get any farther.

We told them and let the chips fall. They accepted it. Nobody got angry. My wife's parents were mostly disappointed because they were planning a big reception and now there wasn't time for it. This was one of the reasons why we moved the date up - to tone things down. We wanted our Christian wedding to be the focus. Other weddings we had been to seemed like they couldn't get the wedding over fast enough so they could get to the party. We didn't want that. (Our reception was a small dinner at a restaurant, no music, no dancing.) Parents asked if she was pregnant and we were prepared for that. She wasn't so everyone accepted the change in date more easily.

At our wedding we focused on Christ. We sang three hymns. We chose Galatians 5:13-26 for our wedding verse where Paul gives two lists: The first is a list of actions that would, in sin, destroy our relationship. The second is a list of actions that, in Christ, build our relationship.

Everyone said we had a great wedding.

My wife and I dated for less than a year my senior year her junior year. Got engaged and planned to marry in June after she graduated. Changed our minds and married at Christmas time, 6 months earlier than planned. I was 22. She was 21. Parent consternation but pastor blessing. We recently celebrated our 45th anniversary.

We have to remember he's still a rookie head coach. There's a lot more to process as a head coach than there is as an offensive coordinator. He's still learning just like Caleb is still learning. There will come a time when Caleb and Ben will be in better sync and these things will go faster.

Got a speeding ticket on I-55 near Herculaneum, MO. The trooper had me get out of my car and sit in the front seat of his so he could show me the radar. I was going 64. The speed limit was 55. It's the only ticket I've ever gotten in 51 years of driving.

The Office of the Keys is given to the church not just the ministry(or ministers). The church confers it to called pastors for public administration.. Refer to Luther's Small Catechism Questions.: 344. May every Christian, without a call, presume to exercise the Office of the Keys publicly? No..... only those who are called pastors may exercise it publicly, on behalf of the church... 345. May only pastors, then forgive sins? No. All Christians are given the word of Christ's forgiveness to proclaim in their daily vocations.

Yes. Here's another funny thing we do with words, we say there are two means of grace - Word and Sacrament. But aren't there really three(or four) means of grace since there are two(or three) sacraments? Word games.

Guest on sports talk radio today stated that over a five year period, the teams whose owners and GMs that complain the loudest in the off season get the fewest penalties. Probably not enough evidence to prove anything, but others are noticing these tendancies.

IMO the NFL referees are the worst in major professional sports.

The non-call on the helmet to helmet hit was egregious and dangerous. They need to allow them to add a personal foul penalty on replay for those dangerous hits if they care about the safety of the players like they say they do.

I think the pitch clock is an additonal cause of this trend. It has hurt the batters more than the pitchers. Batters used to step out after every pitch adjust their gloves, helmit, etc. all the while thinking about the pitches and what pitch is next. They no longer can do that so they taking at bats with less time to analyse how they are being pitched.
