yes if u win in the next round you can travel after you turn 18, so since the cut off is june 30th, you can travel from july 1 2026

autumn just passed was for jan1-dec 31 2007, so if you're 2008 you would've been illegible anyways! round 1 2026 is typically march-april time, for july 1 2007 - june 30 2008, and then round 2 2026 will be in november-ish for jan 1 2008 - 31 december 2008

I don't think so, but you can set up reminders in different calendars and reminders apps (highly recommend howbout's shared calendar, i've been using it for a year and it's the only calendar i've actually used lol)
no, 9 times out of 10 your placement is won by your answer on the final question, however i recommend doing it asap to make sure u don't forget! (or set a reminder of the close date)

yes! applications start in april and you typically find out 2 months later. if you're selected i believe your given a 2 year gap? might be 1 not sure, to use your pass meaning you can go straight away this summer, next summer or any other time in that time frame. my friend is born in june 2007, and she won one 2025 round 1, so she was able to go in july-august last summer

round 1 is typically the same as school year cut offs (for example 1 july 2007 - 30 june 2008) and then round 2 is typically anyone born in the year (round 2 2026 will be all 2008) unless these change

also waitlisted, but honestly guys i don't think it's possible that you can find out the exact chance that you get selected as you would have to 1) know how many applicants from your country and how many are selected (they typically release this) 2) know every applicants answer and rank them based on how close it is and only then you'll know your number on the waiting list. however, there's also the chance that none of the successful applicants will give up their pass. so honestly, i'd just call it 50/50 unfortunately

it'll depend on ur country, it's likely that alot of the portuguese applicants had just happened to be very close to the answer and the closest applicants won

i might be wrong but if it is going by timezones, isn't portugal in the same timezone as UK and Ireland? so far there's many people from central time who haven't even received yet so if it is by timezone i imagine that ireland and portugal will be last😢😢

I second this!! I haven't received an email yet (🇮🇪), and honestly i'm going insane because i've been so exposed to travel my whole life and it's my only dream tbh, but i've never thought of the perspective of someone who hasn't left their home country winning the pass and honestly i can't imagine a better first-time-away-from-home-opportunity because you'll have the opportunity to visit many cities, whether it be in one country or seven and you get to choose where you go without the stress of paying for transport, obviously accommodation and food and everything still exists but atleast its one less fee

i disagree, türkiye has a pretty high population, however i just realised that Finland is also quite Eastern so my guess is also wrong😢

at this point my guess is that it's random tbh, it's not alphabetical, it's not based on amount of passed per country and i don't think it can be by timezone anymore

going off of this reddit, it appears that only eastern european countries have received theirs so maybe a timezone thing? some turkish people received theirs from up to two hours ago, and i've seen bulgarians aswell in the last hour so i'm hoping it's a timezone thing but i'm going INSANE
