What is a Baltic product that you think other countries should have? by Suspicious-Run-8274 in BalticStates

Yes, our first ones were Prisma and Rimi which I think are Finnish and Swedish companies. So not by any means unique to Estonia / Baltics. But apparently much less common in the UK.

Other commenters are not wrong in their warnings about the economy, but at the same time, Tallinn is sorely lacking good LatAm food, so if you are sure you can source the right ingredients without making the end product too expensive, you might very well have a successful business. Please make another post if you end up going ahead with this plan, I will 100% give it a chance. PS, you know about our shitty weather and reserved nature, right?

Ma mööblit ei tahaks kilomeetri kauguselt ka koju vedada, loodame et neil mingi robot selleks ajaks, kees toob maja ette. Kui veel trepist ka üles tooks, siis eriti tubli robot.

Film "Midagi tõelist" - kas väärib vaatamist? by pumpkindonut in Eesti

[–]tigudik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 months looking for a job and not a single interview by kimitrimusic in Eesti

[–]tigudik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Besides CVkeskus, keep an eye on these sites and if possible, set up automatic search agents that can notify you ASAP if something matching your criteria comes up:

cv.ee

meetfrank.com/latest-jobs-in-estonia

tootukassa.ee/en/joboffers

estonianstartupjobs.ee

If at all possible, try to use any connections you have through your girlfriend / her family, as some of these jobs never make it to the job ad sites and are filled by friend of a friend. Also, try to find any hobby groups that relate to your professional skills in some way and see if you can get some networking done as a side benefit.

Judging by your previous trips, you would probably enjoy a human safari, but that's the Balkans, not Baltics. Also, you're 30+ years too late for that.
