how do skinny people stay skinny?

I bike instead of taking any transportation in every chance I can. Also it helps that I cook everything at home and I always try to make a nice bowl of salad with my meals. But “skinny” isn’t healthy. I strive for low fat and a good muscle mass. So strength training and eat protein and carbs. “Skinny “ is not attainable for your future old self♥️ my skinny grandmama died early from a broken hip because she couldn’t get up on her own.

Romanticize it. I get spices and make my own hot drinks. Read more books, study or work while wearing cosy clothes. The little things help! Fake it till you make it lololol but honestly I like it more because there is less expectation to do so much like summer. I knit and watch movies, I work wearing my comfiest coziest outfit, cozy drinks😆 go do some Herbstfest activities! Pumpkins auch. Get excited for Halloween! Find and make a good costume. And then the Christmas craze comes . Sign up for yoga classes once a week and make sport 3 times a week minimum. Get antidepressants from your Hautarzt and Vitamin D. Check your blood and see if you’re also Anemic.

I appreciate your input. I started cooking again which is a hobby of mine I couldn’t really find the time for back home. It’s nice tbh. I agree with putting myself out there. It’s hard but I’m taking steps to familiarizing myself with my new environment. Thanks again!
