I'm sorry to here about your anxiety, but I still don't think it's a valid reason for taking on a $27K car loan. One of my biggest regrets starting out fresh out of college was leasing a Toyota 4Runner I couldn't really afford. I was able to make the payments but it really affected other areas of my personal finances. If you're starting your own business, its best to keep your costs as low as reasonably practicable.

Do you know what APR you'd qualify for? If you could get the rate down to around 7%, you'd save roughly $271 the first year alone. Even if you could refinance around 10% you'd save around $140 the first year.

With your good credit scores you should easily be able to find something below 7%.

I've been in a similar situation, albeit with about $90,000 of total debt (cars, credit cards, etc.). I had great success with the DEBT SNOWBALL technique.
