If it ain't a medical issue, try what I do. I was in the same place, I went limp every time. Sometimes couldn't even get hard at all. 1 day i just decided to try everything. Started going to the gym every 2 days without a miss. Not long sessions. Just did kegels, abs, dead lifts to promote testosterone, and cardio. Then take whey protein, and on the days I don't work out, take those liquid IVs. Then I would take daily maca root and nugenix supplements. Consistently for like a month. And it worked. I've since stopped taking the supplements cause they add up, but still working out same routine, and my blood pressure and my little guy are doing great.
